Whatever the action, reaction, habit, or belief that keeps getting in your way–
Whether you’re the one who hides from the world or bulldozes over everything and every one … or you love someone who does –
Emotional Fitness is the “”how to” to amazing, immediate and lasting results beyond your hang-ups, your horrors, beyond your hindrances or hic ups…and it is easier than you think.
Each and every human being is created with seven innate needs. These seven needs are intrinsic to the human race. They are a natural, necessary and basic to being human. These seven needs are the fountain from which emotions flow (or erupt) and from which emotions are distilled or corrupted.
Emotions wield tremendous force but emotions are never meant to rule. Synchronize and honor the seven basic human needs and amazing and lasting transformation happens on the emotional level that adjust every area of life and being.
These seven needs are set and equal in importance but not emphasis or order.
The seven natural, necessary and basic human needs of Emotional Fitness are:
5. Connection/Love 2 Peter 1:22
First , determine not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and Him crucified I Corinthians 2:2
Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 2 Peter 1:4
For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of His good pleasure. Philippians 2:13
II Thessalonians 1:11-12
11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfill all the good pleasure of His goodness, and the work of faith with power: 12 That the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
Then agree that from your best behavior to your worst or habit because of Christ in you, the hope of glory, Colossians 1:27 and The Spirit of Truth that behavior and/or habit is seeking the highest the good of Emotional Health.
Identify the health/good this behavior seeks and life with the fulfillment of that good at its highest.
Give thanks ~ feel gratitude to that part of you that is seeking alignment with Emotional Health.
Exercise condition & strengthen (going through the steps slow pace then faster and faster and faster until there is evidence of emotional resetting)
From that behavior go through the ranks of each Health point- IDENTIFY-THANKS-GRATITUDE 1st slowly
From the pinnacle level Health point to fundamental – IDENTIFY-THANKS-GRATITUDE 1st slowly
Go from the fundamental straight to the pinnacle & from the pinnacle straight to the fundamental fast
